Hockey 101 marks the official start of the Rampart Rams Hockey Season — a team-building and culture weekend designed to unite our players, set expectations, and launch the year the right way.

This overnight event brings our program together for a mix of team meetings, leadership sessions, and interactive activities that define what it means to wear the Rampart jersey. Players will connect with teammates, coaches, and guest speakers while setting both personal and team goals for the season ahead.

What We Do at Hockey 101

• Team-Building Activities: group challenges, name games, and leadership exercises that build trust and accountability.
• Guest Speakers & Leadership Talks: insight from coaches, alumni, and special guests about work ethic, mindset, and representing Rampart with class.
• Program Overview: introduction to systems, expectations, team rules, and player responsibilities for both Varsity and JV.
• Goal-Setting Sessions: players establish individual and team objectives for development and competition.
• Playbook & Season Preview: review of our core systems, terminology, and the “Rampart Way.”
• Overnight Team Stay: bonding experience that sets the tone for the season — where the team becomes a family.
